The purchase of products in E-Commerce in the Online Store Cannbliss Unipessoal Lda is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose
   1.1 These General Conditions in force, are intended, with the order form, and other elements referred to in them, to regulate the terms and conditions by which the provision of the Cannbliss Service will be governed.

   1.2 The purchase of any product in the Cannbliss Online Store implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale Online.

   1.3 Access to Cannbliss Online Store is free and does not require prior subscription or registration of the user.

2. Product Information, Prices and Content
   2.1 Cannbliss reserves the right to modify, without notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, terms and services.

   2.2 The articles for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of stock rupture, temporary or definitive, the customer will be duly notified.

   2.3 Under Portuguese law, product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, as well as shipping costs.

3. Ordering and Payment
   3.1 To make a purchase in Cannbliss Online Store, the user must register as a customer or complete the purchase as a guest.

The user can place his order by selecting the desired products. You should follow all the steps described in it, so that the order is finalized successfully.

   3.2 After confirming the order in Cannbliss online store, you must select the payment method you want, among the available options, ATM, MB WAY, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.

Any order placed in Cannbliss online store will only be processed after the effective receipt of payment. The formalization of the order alone does not constitute a reservation of the products.

   3.3 After confirmation of the order in Cannbliss online store, an email will be sent to the contact address registered in it by the customer at the time of formalization, with all the details of delivery, billing and payment information. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation email is requested to contact Cannbliss by email contato@cannbliss.com

   3.4 Changes to the conditions of unshipped orders or cancellation of an unshipped order can be made when requested via email to contato@cannbliss.com

   3.5 Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of stock and payment and will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

   3.6 If an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in full, the customer will be contacted immediately by Cannbliss.

   3.7 After receiving the order details, you have 3 working days to make the payment. If you do not make it within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

   3.8 Cannbliss Online Store offers the user the following payment method: bank transfer.

   3.9 The proof of bank transfer must be sent to the email contato@cannbliss.com.

   3.10 Payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency in which the transaction is made. Conversion rates for payments made in other currencies will have to be borne by the client.

4. Shipping costs
   4.1 Orders are free of postage within the continental EU. For the islands there are postage whose value will be presented in the checkout process.

   4.2 Paid orders will be processed and shipped on the business day following the order.

   4.3 Shipments are made via CTT.

   4.4 Orders for UK, Switzerland, Norway will have a shipping cost that will be indicated in the checkout process.

5. Delivery
   5.1 Orders will be shipped only after confirmation of stock and payment and as soon as possible.

   5.2 Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer and according to the delivery schedules of the shipping company. Home delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes. Orders can be delivered outside mainland Portugal, provided that the address is within the delivery area of the carrier.

   5.3 As the transport service is contracted to a company, possible delays in deliveries cannot be solved by Cannbliss, not being possible, in such cases, to guarantee exact delivery times.

   5.4 If for any reason the customer is unable to receive the order or pick it up at the place indicated by the carrier, the customer is requested to contact Cannbliss immediately through the email contato@cannbliss.com

   5.5 All products sent by Cannbliss must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he/she should immediately return it to the carrier, indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately inform Cannbliss Unipessoal Lda by email to contato@cannbliss.com

   5.6 If after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items are not in accordance, you are requested to immediately contact Cannbliss by email contato@cannbliss.com indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and all items, so that the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

6. These general conditions of online sale may be changed without prior notice, and should therefore be consulted before placing any order.

7. Data Protection

The Customer must expressly declare that he/she authorizes the collection or updating of his/her contact details for integration into CANNBLISS files for the purpose of customer management, commercial relations, as well as for sending advertising on products and services under Law 6/99, Law 41/2004 and Directive 2002/58/EC, by means of automated processing and profiling, through all available channels of communication, including electronic means.

Express consent should be given when registering with the On Line Store, in the option indicated there for that purpose.

The contact data collected will be kept for as long as the purpose for which its processing was consented to is fulfilled, or until the exercise of the right to object, rectify and delete them.

The data subject has the right to access the stored data free of charge, as well as to request their limitation, rectification, opposition or erasure when, among other legal grounds, the contact data are inaccurate or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

The holder also has the right to withdraw his consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given.

If technically possible, you may request the portability of your data to another controller, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims.

When exercising any of the above rights, we reserve the right to retain data for the sole purpose of asserting, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings.

Cannbliss does not transfer the contact details collected to third parties. If there is a legitimate reason for its transfer, the Customer will be informed in advance, being transmitted the identity of the recipients and the purpose of processing the data transferred.

The transfer occurs, only, when the third parties provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing will meet the requirements and obligations arising from applicable legislation on data protection and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject. 

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Cannbliss expressly states and guarantees that:

   a) It will properly handle the Personal Data it collects from its Customers in the context of the provision of the Online Shop Service; that they will be subject to lawful and confidential treatment, fair and transparent, and in a manner that ensures their security, in particular by undertaking to protect such Personal Data against destruction, accidental or unlawful, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access;
   b) It is in a position to ensure all appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place so that the processing of Personal Data meets the requirements of the current Personal Data Protection Act, approved by Law No. 67/98 of 26 October and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016, (“GDPR”), which will come into force on May 25, 2018;
   c) The Personal Data is intended only for the execution of orders placed in the Online Store, being collected only those necessary, appropriate, relevant and limited to that purpose;
   d) Will keep the Personal Data accurate and updated;
   f) Will not use the Personal Data to which it has access for any purpose other than those provided in these Terms and Conditions;
   g) Upon request by the Customer, it will destroy the said Personal Data immediately and efficiently.
